Substance Misuse
We offer treatment for patients dealing with substance misuse who may be experiencing one or more of the following conditions:
Unhoused
Battling an opioid disorder
Suffering from mental health illness, with concurring substance misuse, who are living with or at risk of HIV/Hepatitis
CBWF provides outpatient counseling services to individuals living with a substance misuse disorder and can help cover the cost for medication-assisted treatment (suboxone) for those living with an opioid use disorder.
If you are currently living with a mental health disorder, and are unhoused, living with or at risk for HIV/HEP C, or addicted to opioids, and would like further information about the qualifications required to receive the care you need please call (361) 814-2001.

• Connections to community resources on your recovery journey
• Help Setting Recovery Goals, developing recovery action plans, and solving problems directly related to recovery including finding sober housing, and improving job skills
• Knowledge, guidance, and assistance to individuals and their families seeking to improve quality of life due to substance and mental health disorders.
